Terms and Conditions
What We Provide
1) Unlimited access to crop room during the following hours;
Friday 10:00am until Saturday 2:00am
Saturday 7:00am until Sunday 2:00am
Sunday 7:00am until Sunday 3:00pm
2) Six-foot table reserved for your use the entire weekend
3) Two meals (1 Friday and 1 Saturday)
4) Goodie Bag
5) Prizes
6) Daily Make & Takes
Cancellations and Refunds
1) A Cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for any cancellations made 30 days or more before the event.
2) No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.
3) You may sell or gift your reservation at any time.
Hotels and Lodging
1) Your hotel room is not included. You are responsible for your hotel reservations.
2 You are not required to stay at the host hotel.
Safety and Security
1) We will not sell, trade, or give your email information to anyone.
2) We will not store your credit card information in either electronic or hard copy form.
3) We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
